A Chinese New Year get-together isn’t complete without a colourful platter of Yusheng teeming with various appealing flavours and textures, and drizzled with a tasty, well-balanced dressing.

This year, we have the honor of having  Guest Head Chef, Chef Ace Tan, to introduce his unique version of the Yusheng, filled with an abundance of salmon & hamachi sashimi, it also comprises of fried vermicelli, four coloured vegetables, crushed peanuts, seaweed umami crumble and finished off with a sour plum sesame dressing and katsuobushi.
