AISA (pronounced as Ay-sar [eɪ s’ɑ:]), a wordplay of word ‘Asia’, with a twist on the middle letters,
stands for Art Invokes Senses (and) Appetite. Designed as a one-of-a-kind sensorial gastronomic
experience where Food meets Art. The team from 1-V:U looks forward to presenting ‘culinary magic’
during this sky-high residency at 1-Altitude.

“Eight ways to feel inspired”
For the first instalment starting May 6th 2021, chef Ace will be teaming up with established contemporary
artist Justin Lee. Justin uses popular culture and icons to put across his message and expression of life
in Singapore in a modernist style. For this experiential collaboration, Justin has created eight designs
which reflect eight sensorial elements in the menu created by Chef Ace. Every table will have a set of
Justin Lee original design which encourages the diner to visually and tactilely engage with the various
elements of the menu.
