Episode 2 – Asian Five Elements & Four Seasons
Ace Tan and Andy Yang
Slated to return on 28th October, AISA is set to impress once again with a new food-meets-art gastronomic journey. For Episode 2, Chef Ace Tan teams up with Andy Yang, who is a multi-disciplinary artist known for his abstract visual and sound experimentations with Singapore as his canvas.
Chef Ace delves into the Chinese philosophy of the Five Elements Theory which outlines the relationship between the different elements in nature and the life force, or “qi,” that flows through them.
The Five Elements Theory describes wood, fire, earth, metal, and water as the basic elements of the material world.
Be treated to a feast for the eyes and tastebuds with Chef Ace and Andy’s innovative take on the Asian Five Elements & Four Seasons with a 6-Feat and 9-Feat menu and witness the artwork come alive using augmented reality scanned on your own device.
